Pinterest Recipe Wins!!!

Hello,
As you know I LOVE Pinterest and even have a board called "Pinterest WINS,"  it's full of things I've tried from Pinterest and have succeeded!!!

I had a great girls night last weekend with some friends  (Thanks JenGo and Danielle!) and I got to do some recipes, some old, some new from Pinterest.  I wanted to try some recipes out and ended up adding a few new pins to my Pinterest WINS board.
We started with some vegees and hummus.

 Vegetable Potstickers and Cheese Quesadillas

I did forget to cover the pan, so the top got a little crunchy.
Note to self:  cover with foil before baking.
