Here's a Father's Day card I made from a 6 x 6 paper and the envelope punch board. A fellow demonstrator, Vinny Cespedes showed this shirt card using a 7 x 7 paper. I was inspired to make these with a stack of 6 x 6 paper I had.
Start with a 6 x 6 piece of DSP.
Punch and score at 2-5/8"(measurement is on the punch board-REMEMBER you only measure ONCE, the other 3 times, you use the score guide).
Turn the paper 90 degrees counterclockwise, match the scoreline you just made with the score guide, and punch and score again.
Repeat on the remaining 2 sides. Turn the paper 90 degrees counterclockwise, match the scoreline you just made with the score guide, and punch and score again.
Fold in the 2 sides of the paper and adhere down.
You can either fold the bottom one to the back to hold a gift card, you can cut off the bottom, or you can tuck in the bottom flap to the front.
Cut off the top flap at the end of the triangle.
Cut in 3/4" from each side of the top. This will become the collar of the shirt.
Adhere the collar down.
Add a button to the top with a glue dot and then adhere to a card base.
