Fourth of July favors

Hello,
I had a special order of 4th of July favors and I made these using Hershey Nuggets. I created a shadow box before that made a square frame, but these had to fit 4 Nuggets. So, I did some "Stamp Math," and figured out the right measurements.
Here's the template:
1. Start with a piece of cardstock measuring 6-7/8" X 7-3/8"
2. Score at 1/2", 1", 1-1/2", and 2" on all four sides
3. Score at the second score line at 2-1/2" and 4-3/8" on both the top and bottom of the 6-7/8" sides

4. Cut off the 2" corners and at the top and bottom as shown

5. Fold all four flaps along the score lines inward.
6. Adhere the closest tab to the center of the cardstock on the top and bottom

7. Repeat on the left and right sides, tucking them into the first two sides to form the frame.

I did it in Real Red, Night of Navy, and Basic White and used strips of DSP measuring 1" x 3", some with Night of Navy and some with stripes, I couldn't find any stripes that went horizontal, so I made do.
Then, I die cut a star for the Blue Nugget.

And here are the 30 favors I created, all packaged up after I put the sentiments on the other side. And you know me and how I sort the Nuggets.  The ones that had silver foil did not have nuts and the ones with the gold had nuts, so I matched the wire ties to distinguish them apart in case someone had a preference.

Kintsugi Sampler for my craft faire

Hello,
At first I was intimidated by these lovely samplers, but I was inspired by a sampler created by Cheryl Hamilton and decided to try it.
I wasn't sure how to make the kimono paper doll so I googled it and found some instructions on WikiHow:  https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Kimono-Girl-Origami
I made the rosette instead of a fan.
I kept making more.  These samplers were made with retired stamp bundles.

This one I used a different sentiment, but everything else was the same.

Raffle prizes!!

Hello,
I was asked to make a raffle basket for the Family Justice Center.
This is what is in the basket:  A variety of cards (19), a Hershey kisses tea cup, Mini Ghirardelli pop out box, and a 3-D Pyramid card with 9 different layers
I put bamboo skewers on the back of the cards, placed a few floral blocks into the basket, and covered the blocks with some burlap.  Then, I poked the skewers into the burlap covered blocks. To finish it off, I wrapped it in cellophane and topped it with a gold bow.
Here is another raffle prize I offered during a Relay for Life fundraiser I attended. It was good for 1 card class for 4 people to create 6 cards (3 designs each).

Custom Fire Department dinner favors!

Hello,
I had another custom order for 100 favors for the Suisun Fire Protection District dinner in February.  I got some more chocolate hearts and Hershey's Kisses to fill the take out boxes with some tissue paper.
I started with 50 red take out boxes that I bought after Valentine's Day on Clearance.  I created stickers with their logo by printing them on a full sheet adhesive sheet and punching them out.

Then, I had 48 eyelet favor tins from Martha Stewart. I used a different sized punch to place the logo on the back of the tins.

3 Hershey's Kisses and a chocolate heart fit perfectly in the tin.

Here are all 48 tins in a box ready to deliver.

And here are 2 french fry favors to make a total of 100 favors.

Am I the only one who separates the candies to make sure all the favors get the right amount? Or do you "randomly"put the candies in the favors? Nope, I can't do it randomly, I must separate, count the total numbers of chocolates by color and divide them evenly in the containers.

And this is what it looks like as I am distributing them into the tins.

Let me know if you ever need favors or customized gifts.

Custom favors for a 25th Anniversary party!

Hello,
I had a request for 25th Anniversary favors.  Here they are, a cello bag filled with chocolate hearts and Hershey's kisses.

I started with Valentine's cello bag that I got years ago after Valentine's Day when it was on Clearance.  Does anyone else shop after the holidays for the next year's holiday?
I didn't like how the candy was just in a "bunch" at the bottom of the bag, so I made a box for the bottom of the bag.

I started with a piece of cardstock measuring 7" X 4" and scored at 1-3/4" and 5-1/4" slong the long side, then scored at 1-1/8" and 2-7/8" on the shorter side.  Then, I cut the sides as pictured to make the sides of the box and then cut the sides to match the front sides.

And here is the box filled with 25 favors, ready for delivery.

Newest Custom Order for 21st birthday!!

Hello,
Here is the latest custom order for my friend Lynn's nephew, Parker's 21st birthday celebration.
She shared the party decor and mentioned he attends Boise State and their mascot is the Broncos (like the Denver Broncos).

So, this is what I came up with, half football themed and half matching the party decor.  The football ones had 2 Ghiradelli squares, and the black favors have Hershey kisses in them.

What do you think?
Do you have any occasion that I can create a favor for?  Let me know and I'll be happy to create something personalized for you.
