Double Swing Out card

Hello,
Inspired by Karina Chin of Karina Stamps, I had to try this technique and I knew that the Moonlit Flora DSP was the perfect paper to use. This is the card closed.



This is the card opened with one flip.

This is the card opened with a second flip, showing the two spaces for sentiments.


This is the card viewed from the top.  You can stand it up.
Here is another version of the card using different sentiments and another sheet of DSP.

And I rubbed some white ink over the embossed parts to really showcase the embossing folder.

Witchy Whimsy hat class

Hello, 
I just held my first kit class and I started with the Witchy Whimsy kit.  It was so much fun, that I am offering another class on Sunday, October 4 at my house at 10:00.

Everything is included in the kit, you only need to bring a hot glue gun.
It will take about 2 hours.

Corner Tuck card

Hello,
Inspired by Lavonne Schwendemen, I tried this new technique. I love that it is one piece of paper as the card base and it's a fun fold.
This is the card closed. I used the Detailed Flora dies that are a Paper Pumpkin add-on. The DSP is the Texture & Tone and I useed all three of the designs. You get 4 sheets of all three designs.
This is my version of the card opened with a special hidden message inside and more room for something else to write in a triangle on the left side.


What else can I put on the outside?


What else can I put on the inside? What other hidden message can I add?

Metallic Magic class cards

Hello,
As part of purchasing the new Stampin' Up! Hot Foiling System, I got access to a FREE Metallic Magic Craft Class. It included an exclusive Facebook recorded class walking through how to make 4 cards.
Here are the cards I made using the Hot Foil System for the first time.  It was so much fun!
I used the February Product of the Month, Painted Illusions DSP instead of the ones they used in the recording.


This card included decorating the envelope as well.



This was a unique card using a window sheet as the card base.



This is the inside of the card.
This is the last card using a couple of Hot Foil items using a tearing technique.

Botanical Expressions Die card using Ordinary

Hello,
Here is one of the cards from my last card class. I used the Botanical Expressions die along with the Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP. I love the sheet that is a mixture of colors for behind the die cut.


A tip for using the die because it both embossed and cut the cardstock, place some waxed paper on top of the cardstock before placing the die on top of it.  It really helps to get the die off cleanly without ripping the cardstock.


Here is the inside of the card with a piece of coordinating Petal Pink on the inside.  And I love the backside of the DSP is a simple pattern, so it easily and simply adds another dimension to the card.

Poetic Petals cube Pop up card

Hello,
I am revisiting the cube card and this time I placed it into a card so that it "pops up."
This is the outside of the card using the sunflower 3-D embossing folder, Exciting Times, and Glow of Harvest DSP (the August Product of the Month).
Here is the front of the card.

Here is the inside of the card with the pop up cubes and a message inside of the bottom cubes.
This is another version of the card, a birthday one.
And the inside of the card with two messages.
And the last one I create using the Lazy Daisy Embossed Folder.
