Hello,
Inspired by Kayla and Nancy from Stampingbae.com, I CASED the inside of their card. Here is the outside of the card I made with the usual base card measuring 8-1/2" X 5-1/2" in Real Red.
I stamped using Real Red ink on Basic White measuring 2" X 5-1/4" with the Candy Canes stamp set and stamped the sentiment using the Heartfelt Wishes stamp set. I used the Stamparatus to stamp the candy canes to make it easy to make multiple pieces to make multiple cards efficiently.
The inside is a piece of Basic White measuring 5" X 8" and scored at 3", 4", and 5" and folded first a valley fold, then a mountain fold, and then another valley fold. You basically fold a "W" out of the Basic White piece.
Then, center the Basic White cardstock in the Real Red card and adhere one side and close the card, then add adhesive to the second side and close the card again.
Then, I cut out the Santa sleigh and three snowflakes and glued them onto cardstock. Remember only glue the bottom of the Santa sleigh.
