Corner Pop Up card

Hello,  
I made this card for my Open House on Jan. 14, 2023.
I shared another version of this type of card that was a Double Fold Fun card before. This card has only one corner folded.
I loved using the Dainty Flowers DSP and wanted to showcase both sides. I also used the dies from the Ginkgo Branch dies for accenting the upper corner.  Here is the card closed.
Here is the card opened. I used the Kind and Sincere stamp set.
