Hello,
This Napkin fold box is one of my favorites to make. The special opening under the lid makes me smile. It reminds me of the cootie catcher paper toy we used to play with during recess, right?

For the lid, use cardstock measuring 6-1/8" X 6-1/8" and score at 3/4" and 1-1/2" on all sides.
Next, cut as shown in the picture below.
For the lid, you'll need one piece of DSP measuring 3" X 3" and four pieces measuring 5/8" X 3".
Adhere the DSP on the lid as shown.
Follow the directions in the video to make the napkin fold that you insert into the box.

First, start with a piece of cardstock measuring 6" X 6" and score at 1-1/2" on all sides and cut as shown in the picture below.
Then, you'll need Decorative Series Paper (DSP), one measuring 2-7/8" X 2-7/8" and four measuring 1-3/8" X 2-7/8"For the lid, use cardstock measuring 6-1/8" X 6-1/8" and score at 3/4" and 1-1/2" on all sides.
Next, cut as shown in the picture below.
