Hello,
I had a lot of fun with the Countryside Inn DSP and using the Quadrangle technique in a different way. I blogged about this technique and made some Holiday cards. Here's the four cards you get with one 6 X 6 piece of the DSP.
You start with a piece of DSP or cardstock and mark 1" on each side, and cut the 4 quadrangles by cutting from opposite marks. Then you will get 4 equal quadrangles.
Then, get a piece of coordinating cardstock measuring 2-58" X 3-1/2" and emboss it.
Line it up with the DSP along the bottom edge, adhere it and then cut off the excess by flipping it to the backside.
This is the finished look. The first card I used the stamps from the Circle Sayings.
The second one I also used the Circle Sayings and cut out a part of the DSP that was embossed with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder to place in the center of the circle.
The third one, I only stamped the "Sending you a" once instead of twice.
And for the last card, I stamped and colored the cupcake from the Circle Sayings stamp set.
Such an easy technique to crank out 4 cards at once. So fun!
