Here is today's quote:

Sometimes I wonder why things happen and can really get stuck when I don't know why.  I wonder, think of a million reasons, and end up going down a "rabbit hole" of overthinking without any solution or answer to "Why?".

I like this quote because it's telling me that I don't have to have all the answers, and I don't need to stress out if I don't.
