Sunburst card Tutorial

Hello,
I've always like the look of the sunburst cards so I decided to try a technique by Jessica at TSG and made these cards.
You start with cutting one sheet of the Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper (DSP) into 4 pieces measuring 1-1/2" X 6, then cutting each one diagonally to make 8 pieces.  You will only use 6 of the pieces.

Then, cut a piece of Basic White 5-1/4" X 4" for the base to glue on.
Starting on the bottom, line up the first piece along the bottom matching the point of the diagonal piece to the left bottom corner of the base.  As you place the next piece, just make sure that the entire white cardstock is covered.

When you are done, the other side will look like this, and you just need to use scissors to trim off the pieces that are overhanging.
Here is a video showing how to create this cards.  Enjoy!
This was the first card that inspired me to make these, it was Jane Dooley's YouTube video. Which do you like better?
Thank you for checking in!
Looking forward to sharing more with you next time.
