Luv2Stamp Group Blog Hop-June 2022

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group's 2022 Blog Hop!  We are excited to share projects with you this year. We hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects.  Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month's celebrations using Stampin' Up! products.
Once you are done with each post, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a list of Blog Hop participants, you can click on their name to go to their post, or you can click the next button to go to the next post in line.
Happy crafting!  This month's theme is the New Annual Catalog.
Here is my project using the Sweet Songbirds,  Merry Melody 3-D Embossing folder, and new 2022-2024 InColors. Scroll down for a video tutorial below.
You start with the base card measuring 4-1/4" X 11" and mark 1-1/2" on both sides, and then score an "X."
Then, use the Layering Circles and cut out a small circle first.
For the front layer, cut out a piece of matching cardstock measuring 4" X 5-1/4" Mark 2: at the top, and 1-1/2" on each side.
Cut the sides off to make it look like a roof.
Using a larger circle die, measure the circle from the card base and then use the larger circle to cut around it.
Then, emboss the front layer with the Merry Melody 3D Embossing folder and adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals or Foam Strips.
In order to make multiple birds, I punched a piece of Basic White cardstock.
Then, I lined up the stamps to match the punches.
I stamped a lot of them in different colors.
And was able to punch out the stamped images and get all the punches done in one punch.
