Card Class today!

I had a great class with some old friends and new friends today.  Why is stamping and creating together such a fun time?  The company of course!
Everything is better with friends!!
Here is the first card using the Wildflower Meadow stamp and matching embossing folder.  I did it in my BFF Cynthia's favorite color, Rich Razzleberry, put some pearls on the flower's centers, added an Old Olive satin ribbon and a matching tag in Old Olive ink.
The next card used the Simply Sketched set, watercolored it with Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz ink.  A little sponging of Daffodil Delight on the edges and some matching Washi tape.  The card was embossed with the hexagon folder to give it a little texture.
This card used a new punch to do the edges, the Secret Garden stamp set and matching Framelits. We embossed the flowers with white embossing powder, then water colored the flowers with the Aqua Painters using Rose Red and Daffodil Delight ink, and then used the Framelits to cut out the flowers.  Then, the flower got mounted on a 2-1/2" circle of Garden Green and some words were stamped on the top.
The last card was my attempt to make something a little masculine, no flowers!  I used some DSP (Designer Serier Paper) that was double sided.
I folded the large DSP half slightly cut it at an angle to create the larger banner look.

I used a square punch to cut out the banner end of the 1" strips and mounted them at different lengths on a 3" X 4" DSP.
Then, I ended with a stamp from Banner Greetings.  What do you think?  Masculine enough?
Everyone had a chance to create and make each card their own, choosing their own captions as appropriate.  Until the next class...in October!

Thanks for checking in!
